Patchwork French Style Rolling pin

Hand turned from a blank made up of Hickory and Maple with Oak end caps.  The pin was made in 2 sections and joiined with a Maple center.  It measures 15" and weighs .12 kg.  It is tapered from 1/2" to 1 and 1/8" at the center.
